[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 September - issued 2330UT/22-Sep-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 23
September. The solar wind speed is expected to be light increasing to
moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to
unsettled. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected. Short-wave
fadeouts unlikely.
