[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 October - issued 2329UT/27-Oct-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 28
October. The solar wind speed is currently enhanced in response to a
large northern polar coronal hole extension, and is expected to remain
enhanced during UT day 28 October. Global geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled with possible isolated active
periods. Normal to fair HF propagation conditions are expected today
and MUFs are expected to vary between moderately depressed levels and
near predicted monthly levels.
