[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 October - issued 2329UT/26-Oct-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 27 October. The
solar wind speed is currently enhanced in response to a large northern
polar coronal hole extension, and is expected to remain enhanced
during UT day 27 October. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be mainly unsettled with possible active periods. Normal to fair HF
propagation conditions are expected today and MUFs are expected to
vary between moderately depressed levels and near predicted monthly
levels.
