[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 October - issued 2332UT/22-Oct-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 23 October. The
solar wind speed is expected to enhance today in response as a large
Northern polar coronal hole. Global geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be mostly unsettled to active periods; there is also a
chance of isolated minor storm periods. Normal to fair HF propagation
conditions are expected, without short-wave fadeouts.
