Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day, 24
November. Moderate solar wind speeds due to subsiding coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions should be quiet to unsettled. HF
conditions should be fair to normal. Short-wave fadeouts are
possible.
