low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 02 November with a
slight chance of an isolated M-class flare. A light solar wind speed
and mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions with a chance of isolated
unsettled periods. MUFs are expected to be at near predicted monthly
to moderately depressed levels.
