Very Low solar flare activity expected for 31Mar. Minor coronal hole
effects in progress resulting in Moderate to possible Strong solar
wind speeds. Geomagnetic conditions at Unsettled to Active levels.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal for low-mid
latitudes and possible disturbed conditions for high latitudes. Chance
of aurora sightings from southernmost locations should Strong solar
wind speeds and sustained Bz conditions eventuate.
