[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 18 March - issued 2334UT/17-Mar-2020

Solar activity was very low today (UT day 17 March) and expected to
stay very low for the next 3 UT days (18 to 20 March). Mostly quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions with some active periods at high
latitudes, were observed today. Nearly similar conditions may be
expected for the next 3 UT days. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
were mostly near predicted monthly values today with periods of mild
to significant enhancements. Nearly similar levels of ionospheric
support may be expected for the next three UT days.
