[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 January - issued 2317UT/21-Jan-2020

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 22 January. Solar wind
speed is expected to be mostly near its background to mildly elevated
levels in response to small patchy coronal holes now at geoeffective
location on the solar disk. Geomagnetic activity is predicted to be
mostly at quiet levels and occasionally may reach unsettled level.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be mostly near
monthly predicted levels.
