[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 February - issued 2318UT/27-Feb-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected on 28 February. Light solar
wind speeds are expected although there may be a mild elevation late
in the day or early 29 February due to the effects of a small coronal
hole. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet. Mostly
normal to fair HF propagations conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly
values to 15% depressed.
