[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 11 February - issued 2328UT/10-Feb-2020

Solar activity is predicted to remain Very Low for UT day 11 February.
The solar wind speed is currently Light and expected become enhanced
due to the influence of a coronal hole. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be mostly at Quiet to Unsettled levels with a chance of
isolated Active periods. Mostly Normal HF propagation conditions are
expected.
