[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 25 December - issued 2325UT/24-Dec-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 25 Dec,
with a small chance of C-class flares. The earth is currently under
the influence of high solar speed streams from a northern polar
coronal hole with equatorward extensions. The coronal hole effects are
expected to wane from today. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions
expected for today with a slight chance of an isolated active period.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be normal to fair.
No short-wave fadeouts expected.
