Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 22 Dec.
Minor coronal hole effects are in progress. The solar wind has
increased to moderate levels. Geomagnetic conditions are at active
levels with isolated minor storm periods possible on 22 Dec.
High-frequency radio communications are mostly normal with mild
depressions possible. No short-wave fadeouts are expected. A chance of
