[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 02 December - issued 2334UT/01-Dec-2020

Solar activity was at low levels today, UT day 01 December. Solar
activity is expected to be at low to moderate level for the next three
UT days, 02 to 04 December. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions
were observed today. Mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected
for UT day 02 and 04 December with small possibility of isolated
active periods on 02 December and isolated unsettled periods on 04
December. MUFs were mostly near predicted monthly values today. MUFs
are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values to mildly
enhanced levels for the next three UT days. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible over the next three days.
