[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 25 August - issued 2334UT/24-Aug-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, UT day 25 August.
The solar wind speed is currently light and geomagnetic conditions are
quiet. The solar wind is expected to become mildly enhanced today due
to a Northern polar coronal hole with a weak equatorward extension,
with geomagnetic conditions expected to become quiet to unsettled with
a chance of isolated active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected for today.
