[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 August - issued 2332UT/20-Aug-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 21 August
with minor coronal hole effects possible. The solar wind speed is
expected to be light to moderate. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic
conditions with a chance of isolated active periods later. Fair to
normal HF propagation conditions and no short-wave fadeouts expected.
