[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 April - issued 0903UT/20-Apr-2020

Very low solar activity is expected on 20 April. A sudden impulse in
the solar wind at 0129 UT on 20 April has been followed by enhanced
solar wind conditions. Unsettled to active with isolated minor storm
conditions are expected for the remainder of today. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Geomagnetic warning 20/02 was issued at 0850 UT on 20 April.
