[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 September - issued 2331UT/18-Sep-2019

The visible solar disc is now spotless and no active regions are
expected to return. Solar activity is predicted to be Very Low for UT
day 19 September. The solar wind speed is expected to vary between its
nominal and mildly elevated levels, today. Global geomagnetic activity
is predicted to be mostly at Quiet levels; Unsettled periods are also
possible. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected for UT
day 19 September.
