[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 November - issued 2329UT/18-Nov-2019

Solar activity was very low today (UT day 18 November). Very low
levels of solar activity are expected for the next three UT days (19
to 21 November). Today, geomagnetic activity stayed at quiet levels in
the Australian/NZ regions and from quiet to unsettled levels in the
Antarctic regions. Global geomagnetic activity is expected to stay
mostly at quiet levels through UT day 19 November and then rise to
unsettled and active levels through UT days 20 and 21 November. MUFs
varied from near predicted monthly values to depressed moderately
today. Nearly similar HF conditions may be expected through UT day 19
November with the possibility of further MUF depressions through UT
days 20 and 21 November.
