[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 June - issued 2317UT/15-Jun-2019

The Sun is currently spotless, Very Low solar activity is expected for
today, UT day 16 June. The solar wind speed is currently Light but it
is expected to increase to Light to Moderate levels from late today,
16 June due to effects from a negative polarity equatorial coronal
hole. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled
levels with a chance of Active levels. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use mostly near predicted monthly
frequencies.
