[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 July - issued 2326UT/14-Jul-2019

The visible solar disk is spotless, Very Low solar activity is
expected for UT day 15 July. The solar wind speed at Moderate levels
due to effects from a small negative polarity coronal hole.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled levels
with a chance of an isolated Active period. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use mostly near predicted monthly
frequencies.
