[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 11 July - issued 2335UT/10-Jul-2019

The visible solar disk is spotless, Very Low solar activity is
expected for UT day 11 July. The earth is currently under the
influence of strong solar wind speed due to coronal hole effects but
is gradually decreasing. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at
Quiet to Unsettled levels. A period of significant southward Bz
component could produce Active levels today, 11 July. Mostly normal HF
conditions and near predicted monthly MUFs are expected.
