For UT day 19 January, solar activity is expected to remain very low.
Solar wind velocity is currently moderate. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be mainly quiet with possible unsettled periods due to
coronal hole effects. Southern Hemisphere HF radio communication users
are advised to use predicted monthly frequencies or slightly lower
frequencies as mild to moderate ionospheric depressions are likely due
to relatively low levels of ionising radiation from the Sun.
