[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 31 August - issued 1157UT/31-Aug-2019

The earth is currently under the influence of very high solar wind
speed emanating from a positive polarity coronal hole. The geomagnetic
condition are currently at minor storm level. If the solar magnetic
conditions continue to stay southward, geomagnetic conditions could
even reach major storm level. The auroral would be visible tonight (31
August) from Tasmania, southern Victoria and Perth. Mild to moderate
HF depressions are expected in high and mid latitude regions from UT
day 1st September.
