rwc rwc at ips.gov.au
Sun Apr 7 12:38:35 EST 2019

Very Low solar flare activity. Moderate solar wind with Geomagnetic
conditions at Unsettled levels with the chance of isolated Active
periods due to coronal hole effects. High-frequency radio
communications normal with some degraded conditions at high latitudes.
There is a slight chance of enhanced solar wind parameters due to the
recent group of small negative polarity coronal holes that crossed the
suns central meridian between 03Apr-05Apr which may result in visible
Aurora sightings from southernmost Australian regions (Tasmania/Sth
Vic) should Moderate-Strong solar wind speeds, favourable viewing
conditions and prolonged southward Bz (<-5nT) conditions eventuate.
