[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 October - issued 2325UT/12-Oct-2018 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

There is currently one spotted region on the visible solar disc,
AR2724. During the UT day 12 October this region produced 2 B-class
flares. The first flare, B2.1, peaked at 0150 UT and was accompanied
by a type II sweep and a faint CME. Very low to low solar activity is
expected for the UT day 13 October. The solar wind speed is expected
to be light. Geomagnetic activity in the Australian region should be
mostly at quiet levels. High-frequency radio communication users are
advised to use near predicted monthly frequencies, though mild to
moderate MUF depressions may occur.
