Very low level of solar activity is expected for today, 28 May, with a
weak chance for C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
reach moderately elevated levels later today in response to a polar
connected, positive polarity coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be mostly at quiet levels and at times may reach unsettled
levels. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
mostly near predicted monthly frequencies.
