[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 February - issued 0000UT/13-Feb-2018 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very low to low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 13
February. Yesterday Active Region 2699 produced a C1.5 flare
accompanied by a CME. The CME is expected to arrive late 14 Feb or
early 15 Feb. Today the solar wind speed is expected to remain near
its background levels. The geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be
mostly at quiet levels. High-frequency radio communication users are
advised to use mostly near predicted monthly frequencies.
