Sun Feb 11 09:59:52 EST 2018

Low level of solar activity is expected for today, 11 February, with a
chance of C-class flares and a remote chance of M-class flare. The
increased solar activity is due to the flaring potential of Active
Region 2699, which is currently located near solar centre. The solar
wind speed is expected to remain near background levels, today. The
geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be mostly at quiet levels and
at times may reach unsettled levels. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use mostly near predicted monthly
frequencies.
