Low solar activity is expected for today, 6 Feb, with some C-class
flaring possible from active Region 2699. The solar wind speeds are
expected to decline to near background levels as the effect of the
current coronal hole wanes. The geomagnetic conditions are predicted
to be mostly at quiet levels today, 6 Feb. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use near monthly predicted
frequencies.
