Very low solar activity is expected for today, UT day 22 December. The
earth is currently under the influence of moderately elevated solar
winds emanating from a coronal hole. The solar winds are expected to
gradually decline to mostly nominal level today, as the effects of the
coronal hole wane. Geomagnetic activity in the Australian region are
expected to be mostly at quiet levels. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use near predicted monthly
frequencies.
