Wed Dec 5 10:25:56 EST 2018

For the UT day 5 December, solar activity is expected to stay very low
and the solar wind speed will remain at moderate levels. Mostly quiet
to unsettled levels of geomagnetic activity are expected. However,
there is a chance for an additional increase in geomagnetic activity
up to active and minor storm levels due to possible arrival of a CME
that was observed on 30 November. MUF depressions of 15 to 35% are
expected due to low levels of ionising radiation from the Sun.
