[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 03 December - issued 2300UT/02-Dec-2018 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Solar activity remained very low today (UT day 2 December). Solar
activity is expected to stay very low for the next three UT days (3 to
5 December). Quiet to unsettled levels of geomagnetic conditions were
observed in the Australian region today. Global geomagnetic conditions
may rise to active levels on UT days 3 and possibly 4 December. There
is a small chance for isolated active periods on UT day 5 December.
MUF depressions of 15 to 30% were observed today. Similar and even
slightly higher levels of MUF depressions may be expected on UT day 3
December. Minor to moderate MUF depressions are also likely to
continue on UT days 4 and possibly 5 December.
