Very Low solar flare activity for today, UT day 20 August. The solar
wind speeds are Moderate due to a high speed wind stream from a
recurrent coronal hole and are expected to increase towards strong
levels over the next 24 hours. Geomagnetic activity in the Australian
region is expected to increase from Quiet to Active levels during the
next 24 hours. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to
use near predicted monthly frequencies.
