Very Low solar flare activity is expected for today, 30 September,
with a chance of C-class flares. Solar wind speeds are strong but are
decreasing due to the waning influence of the recent coronal hole.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled levels
with possible isolated periods of Active levels, particularly at
higher latitudes. High-frequency radio communication users are advised
to use near monthly predicted frequencies.
