Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for today, 23
September. There is a slight chance for M-class flares at the end of
the UT day due to returning Active Region 2673, which previously
produced M- and X-class flares. Light to moderate solar wind speeds.
Geomagnetic activity mostly at quiet to unsettled levels.
High-frequency radio communications normal.
