Expect low to moderate solar flare activity due to the transit across
the solar disc of one of the larger sunspot groups in awhile. Strong
to very strong solar wind speed. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled
to active levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications normal although isolated degraded conditions
possible due to weak geomagnetic storming associated with geoeffective
coronal hole.
