Very low levels of solar flare activity is expected for today, 10
October. Solar wind speeds could reach elevated levels late today, 10
October due to high speed streams emanating from a Northern Hemisphere
coronal hole. The geomagnetic conditions at Earth today are expected
to be initially Quiet and could reach Active levels by the end of UT
day. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
slightly higher than monthly predicted frequencies.
