Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, 6 May. The solar
wind speeds are at near nominal levels. The geomagnetic conditions at
Earth are expected to be mainly Quiet, with a chance of Unsettled
levels. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
monthly predicted frequencies today. However, mildly depressed MUFs
may occur during the local day, especially in the Northern Australian
region.
