Very low solar flare activity is again expected for today 19 February.
The Earth is still under the influence of moderate solar wind streams
from a positive polarity coronal hole. The geomagnetic conditions at
earth are expected to be mostly at unsettled levels and could
occasionally reach active levels. High-frequency radio communications
users are advised to use near monthly predicted frequencies today.
