A recurrent positive polarity coronal hole will shortly be taking
geoeffective location on the solar disk. As a result quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions are expected for today 15 February.
The solar winds are expected to enhance from late today in response to
the coronal hole effects. The solar flaring activity continue to
remain at very low levels. High-frequency radio communications users
are advised to use monthly predicted frequencies.
