Very Low solar flare activity is again expected for today 03 Feb. The
Earth is still under the influence of Strong solar wind streams from a
large coronal hole but gradually declining. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled levels and occasionally may reach
Active levels. High-frequency radio communications Normal to Fair.
