Low solar flare activity is expected. However, there is a chance that
M-class flares will be produced by an active region 2644, which is
expected to return back onto the Earthside of the solar disc. The
solar wind speed may reach moderate to strong values due to the
coronal hole effect. Geomagnetic conditions can reach active levels.
Near predicted MUFs to Moderately depressed MUFs are expected.
Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
