[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 November - issued 2358UT/18-Nov-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very low solar flare activity. Solar wind parameters are expected to
elevate early in the UT day Nov 19 with the onset of an anticipated
coronal hole wind stream. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to
active levels at higher latitudes following the CHWS onset.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal. HF Comms will have
some diurnal variability at low latitudes due to ongoing low solar EUV
radiation and disturbed periods possible at high latitudes due to
elevated geomagnetic activity.
