Solar activity on UT day 8 June was at very low levels, with no
notable flares. Similar solar conditions are expected today 9 June.
The solar wind speeds continue to trend towards ambient levels, in
response to the waning effects of coronal hole. The geomagnetic
activity was mostly at quiet levels on 8 June. Both the solar winds
and geomagnetic activity are expected to continue to trend towards
nominal levels today. High-frequency radio communication conditions
over the Australian regions are expected to be near monthly predicted
levels today.
