[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 December - issued 2352UT/04-Dec-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Mon Dec 5 10:52:14 EST 2016

Today (5 December) C-class flares are likely with very weak chance of
stronger M-class flares. The solar wind speeds are currently at
nominal levels. However a mild enhancement in wind speeds could occur
sometime today in response to the anticipated arrival of the effects
of a small positive polarity coronal hole. As a result, geomagnetic
activity over the Australian region may reach unsettled levels later
today (5 December). Minor depressions to near monthly predicted levels
of HF support are expected for today.
