[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 August - issued 2323UT/14-Aug-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

There is chance of C-class flaring today, 15 August. The solar winds
are expected to enhance later today as high speed streams from a
recurrent coronal hole becomes geoeffective. Mostly quiet geomagnetic
conditions are expected today, however could reach active levels
tomorrow associated with the approaching coronal hole effects.
High-frequency radio communication conditions are expected to be near
the monthly predicted levels over the Australasia region today.
