Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Light solar wind speed expected.
Slight chance of Minor coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions at
mostly Quiet levels with possible Unsettled to Active periods should
coronal hole effects eventuate. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications Normal to Fair at Low to Mid
latitudes with degraded conditions at High latitudes.
