Low solar flare activity is expected on 14-Apr, with a slight chance
of moderate activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects are possible
if a predicted CME glancing blow eventuates. Minor coronal hole
effects are in progress. The solar wind is moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions have returned to quiet levels after reaching active to
minor storm levels with the onset of coronal hole effects. Further
magnetic disturbance is likely if the CME arrives. High-frequency
radio communications are fair to normal at all latitudes, with periods
of depressed maximum useable frequencies.
