Solar activity on UT day 4 March was at very low levels with no
notable flares. The solar wind has been at moderate level of ~400 km/s
in the past 24 hrs in response to high speed streams emanating from a
northern hemisphere coronal hole. The solar wind conditions are
expected to gradually decline over the next 24 hours. The geomagnetic
conditions are expected to remain at quiet to unsettled levels.
High-frequency radio communications conditions are near monthly
predicted levels.
